No, currently our appearances are non-paid and volunteer-based. We do this because we love performing and connecting with the community. However, this may change in the future, and fees could be introduced to help support our work.  

Nope! There’s no catch. Our appearances are completely volunteer-based. We do this because we genuinely enjoy performing and giving back to the community, no hidden fees or fine print, just there to make people happy!

While we are very flexible with the types of events we attend, we reserve the right to decline any appearance request due to scheduling conflicts, location issues, safety concerns, or if the event does not align with our values.

The earlier, the better! We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks before your event to secure a spot and work out any logistics. 

We interact with guests, pose for photos, wave, dance, and help bring extra fun and energy to your event. It’s all about making people smile and creating a fun experience. note: If we are booked for an appearance, we are not expected to perform any stunts, skits, or choreography unless agreed upon in advance. 

No, our performance style is completely silent. We rely on expressive body language and physical interaction, just like professional sports mascots. 

Absolutely! We encourage it, as long as it's respectful and not used commercially without our permission. We may also share our own event photos on our social media. 

We’re fully prepared to handle unexpected situations calmly and safely. Whether it’s weather-related, a crowd issue, or a personal emergency, we know when to pause, step away, or end the appearance if needed. Our priority is keeping everyone including guests and performers, safe and comfortable at all times. 

At this time, only Blitz's custom-made costume is complete. Krypto's costume is currently being professionally crafted and will be ready for future appearances.
